This service is for those who loosely follow global and long-range weather issues that are expected to affect the worldwide supply of grains and oilseeds. Subscribers to this Package must also subscribe to the U.S. and South America Package. The following services are included:
Weekly Report: Worldwide T-storm Weather
This report provides a weekly overview of previous and upcoming weather affecting corn, soybean, rapeseed / canola , palm oil, winter wheat, and spring / durum wheat development in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India-Pakistan, Malaysia-Indonesia, the Russian Federation, South Africa, and the United States. It is issued on Monday around 9:00 AM Chicago Time.
Long-Range Outlook
This report keeps you updated on long-range monthly outlooks issued by the Climate Prediction Center. It discusses the probability that weather over the next 1-3 months (or longer) will be warmer, cooler, wetter, or drier than average in the central U.S. It is issued on the third Thursday of each month, and an update for the following month is also included on the last day of each month. It coincides with the release of the Climate Prediction Center's Long-Lead Seasonal and Monthly Outlooks.
El Niño / La Niña Outlook
This report keeps you updated on latest trends regarding the status of El Niño / La Niña. It discusses its possible effect of weather on crops across the world. It is typically issued on the second Thursday of each month and coincides with the release of the Climate Prediction Center's monthly El Niño / Southern Oscillation Diagnostic Discussion.
